The Seabourn Odyssey is set to embark on its farewell Alaska season starting May 10, 2024, departing from Vancouver. This season will be the final opportunity for guests to experience the majestic landscapes of Alaska aboard this beloved vessel, marking the end of an era for the Seabourn Odyssey with the cruise line.

Natalya Leahy, president of Seabourn, highlighted the uniqueness of the upcoming season. “While Seabourn will continue sailing to Alaska, the Seabourn Odyssey’s final journeys to ‘the Great Land’ offer our guests a last chance to voyage with her before she leaves our fleet,” Leahy stated. Captain Tim Roberts, known for his extensive experience navigating Alaskan waters, remarked, “You have not seen Alaska until you have sailed with Seabourn,” emphasizing the exclusive itineraries that provide guests with intimate encounters with nature combined with luxurious amenities.

The Seabourn Odyssey, known for its intimate size and yacht-like ambiance, allows passengers unparalleled closeness to Alaska’s vast wildlife and pristine wilderness. The ship’s itineraries are designed to offer an ultimate retreat into nature, featuring a mix of adventurous excursions and ultra-luxury experiences.

During the 2024 Alaska season, the Odyssey will conduct 12 seven-day voyages. These northbound or southbound trips between Vancouver and Juneau are designed to immerse guests in the scenic beauty of Alaska. Passengers have the option to combine two consecutive voyages for an extended 14-day roundtrip experience from Vancouver. Additionally, the Odyssey will offer two special 10-day Alaska Fjord Odyssey itineraries and one exclusive 11-day journey through the Inside Passage and Alaska Fjords in June.

The season will conclude with a grand 22-day Farewell Voyage that will not only traverse the Alaskan wilderness but also cross the Pacific to Japan, providing a memorable end to the ship’s service with Seabourn. Throughout the season, guests will have the opportunity to engage in guided activities including hiking, kayaking, and Zodiac adventures.
