His most notable achievement came when he served as the Complex Director of Sales at Madinat Jumeirah. In this role, El-Masri was responsible for overseeing all international leisure markets across four premium 5-star hotels. He managed and implemented strategies for rooms revenue growth, leading his team to significant success and enhancing the overall market position of the properties.
