Dar Global, a leading name in luxury international real estate development, has announced the introduction of Trump International Oman at its prestigious AIDA project. This landmark initiative is one of the world’s largest premium mixed-use real estate developments.
With an estimated value of $500 million, the Trump International Oman development will encompass a range of luxurious accommodations and amenities. The project includes a 5-star, 140-key beachfront hotel, offering guests complimentary access to a private beach. Additionally, it will feature hanging suites, furnished villas, and apartments serviced by the hotel. AIDA is a joint venture between Dar Global and the Trump Organization, in collaboration with Omran Group, Oman’s executive arm for tourism development. Set to open in December 2028, this development is strategically located atop a hill over 100 meters high, providing breathtaking panoramic views of rocky canyons and expansive beaches.
