India’s Tourism Industry Targets $3 Trillion Growth, Spearheaded by FHRAI Event in Goa

The Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) serves as the pivotal voice for the hospitality industry, providing a crucial link among hospitality businesses, political leaders, academia, international bodies, and other stakeholders.

FHRAI is dedicated to the advancement of the industry, engaging in various activities such as education, training, research, publishing, and hosting its Annual Convention. This event fosters significant interactions with government officials, political figures, and industry stakeholders.

The governance of FHRAI is under the stewardship of an Executive Committee, led by a President elected annually. The Committee includes representatives from four regional associations and operates under the guidance of the Secretary General who manages daily affairs.

FHRAI is excited to announce its 54th Annual Convention, the premier business and networking event for the tourism and hospitality sector, set to take place in Goa. The convention will be inaugurated by the Honorable Minister for Tourism, Government of India, on October 16th, 2024, at the Taj Cidade de Goa, Horizon. This venue promises a luxurious setting with panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and various top-notch facilities, enhancing the convention experience with its extensive amenities and elegant accommodations.

The 54th FHRAI Annual Convention aims to be a milestone in celebrating and shaping the future of India’s vibrant tourism industry. It is positioned to catalyze strategic discussions, innovative initiatives, and collaborative efforts toward achieving a sustainable growth trajectory. With esteemed guests including top government officials and around 1000 delegates expected, the event will also spotlight the FHRAI Hospitality Awards, recognizing excellence in the industry.
